Is Vegetable Oil Vegan?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone knows whether vegetable oil is considered vegan or not? I mean, it’s made from plants, so it should be, right? But then again, I’ve heard some people say that the process of extracting the oil might involve animal products or testing. I’m a bit confused and would appreciate any insights you might have on this topic. Thanks in advance!
