Is Canola Oil Vegan?
Is canola oil vegan? I have been reading about veganism on the internet and it seems like it has good things about it, however, I have read that canola oil is not vegan because it has gluten in it. Does anyone know if this is true?

Canola oil is generally vegan as it is oil made from the canola plant. Gluten is a plant protein and as it is not related to animals does qualify as vegan. Most canola oils should not include gluten however individual brands may contain other ingredients.
