Are Spring Rolls Vegan?

I’ve been trying to switch to a more plant-based diet lately and I’m wondering if spring rolls are vegan? I know they’re usually filled with veggies, but I’m not sure about the wrapper or any sauces that might be used. Any vegans out there who can shed some light on this for me? Thanks in advance!
