Are Airheads Vegan?

Do airheads contain dairy products? I have been looking for an airhead but none of them seem to be vegan. The company that makes them has a website which says that they do not use milk or eggs. Is this true? I know that they say they are low in sugar but I am not sure if that means they are vegan.

Vegan: Airheads Bars and Airheads Xtremes are vegan.

Non-vegan: Airheads Bites are NOT vegan (contain beeswax and shellac), Airheads Soft Filled Bites are NOT vegan (contain gelatin), Airheads Gummies are NOT vegan (beeswax and gelatin), Airheads Gum is NOT vegan (carmines), Airheads Xtremes Bites are NOT vegan (carmines), Airheads Xtremes Sourfuls (gelatin).

Also, there are some ingredients that are controversial in vegan community like Sugar, Palm Oil and Artificial Flavor/Colors. So, if you don't eath them, you should avoid Airheads.

No. These candies are made with palm oil and coconut oil, and the ingredients in them include lard and hydrogenated fats. These fats are not vegan.

    Yes! Airheads are 100% vegan.

In the 1990s, the “Airhead” brand of chewing gum was one of the most popular brands of gum in the world. The name Airheads is derived from the fact that the gum used to contain air pockets inside of it, giving it a sort of soft bubblegum flavor.

While the name has changed over the years, the product itself is still 100% vegan.

They’re made from corn syrup and water. Yes, they are vegan, but that doesn’t mean you can eat them every day – they contain high amounts of sugar.

Chewing gum “Airhead”, originally considered a candy, as it contains a lot of sugar, various dyes and additives. And if we look at the entire line of “Airhead” products, we notice that many have fruit additives as well. So even though it is a dessert product, it is definitely vegan.
