Hi there!

My name is Polina. I am the editor and nutritionist of this blog.

Since 2013 I have visited more than 25 countries and lived in countries such as China, the Philippines, the USA, Vietnam for more than 6 months.

I’m working as a Pole dance instructor for the last 5 years and right now I have a pole dance studio in Saigon, Vietnam.

Also:

• 2nd place in Muscle Contest Vietnam, Fitness Bikini (2018)
• 1st place in Krilya Fest, Russia (2019)
• 1st place in PSO Pole Exotic (2020)
• 1st place in PSO Elite, Exotic (2021)
